A MESSAGE FROM BILL DAVIDSON

25 years ago we invited our dear friends, Roger and Doreen Brown, to come over the Atlantic to work alongside us as we founded Church of The King. We now know they came not merely out of friendship and for the task at hand, but for a far wider purpose which God had in His heart - that of building lasting bridges of trust between pastors and ministries, to create a transforming spirit of unity in the Body of Christ in our region and beyond, & a renewed passion for prayer. Now they are ‘going home,’ although the Adirondacks will always claim a share of that title. Typical of their outlook and heart-attitude, they are giving away their possessions and will return to the UK with about the same number of suitcases with which they arrived on our shores.

HOW CAN WE SAY ‘THANK YOU’?

God has their reward in hand, and it begins with ‘Well done, good and faithful servants’ - and that not only for how they have served here in our area, but for the years of fruitful ministry that lie ahead. So, perhaps the best we can do is to meet together to honor and bless our friends with words of appreciation and practical Love Offerings to help set them up in their new home in England.

Whatever health protocols in place at the time will be observed.
